Taiki Kou is another mysterious Starlight, Sailor Star Maker. Like
the rest he turns into a girl (sort of like Ranma). Taiki is very
smart, he’s the only one who can outscore Ami. The Starlights
and the Senshi fight evil like the Outer and Inner did in SMS.
Usagi wants to be friends with everyone, as usual, but there’s too
many differences and Haruka isn’t much of a help. They become
closer towards the end as they defeat Galaxia together. Taiki is
the guitarist (keyboard, and lyrics) of the Three Lights.
