in order to get jirachi-
go to mossdeep space center and talk to the guy in the lab coat looking out the window. if he says 100 safe luanches you will be asked to go to space. say yes. then when you get up there you can get jirachi.
In order to get groudon and kyogre-
go to the weather institute and talk to the syientist. he will be at th computer after u beet the elite four on the second floor of the weather insitute the guy will be. he will tell you that there is a drought or massive down pour in and area. for groudon go to that area and look for s cave and go in it should be called tera cave. for kyogre do the same thing just go in the water area that the rians in and look fo a square dive spot. when you get into the cave it should be called marine cave.
