CPR:
Don't start CPR right away, if you haven't already, first read the "Rescue Breathing" section.
After you have finished rescue breathing's A, B, C's, (and found out they had no pulse) you begin CPR. First you kneel beside them while putting your index finger in the middle of your chest (where your ribs meet), then you put that palm in that spot. Then you move your other palm onto your hand, and then push down with straight arms. You do this pushing 15 times. Then you reassess (A, B, C's), if they have a pulse, do rescue breathing until they regain consciousness or else redo the CPR until help comes or their condition improves so you can do rescue breathing.
