| There are many good books out there but the first one any Youth Minister should read is "Purpose Driven Youth Minsitry" by Doug Fields. This book is not a "how to" book but will give a foundation for any ministry located in any church anywhere. "Just Like Jesus" by Max Lucado is a good book to do some personal growth before leading in any ministry area. A third book recommended is "Finishing Strong" by Steve Farrar. This book looks at the three main problems ministers get into that often get them out of ministry. |
