She will ask you if you want her bulbasaur. Answer yes, and it's all yours. To Get Charmander- Charmander can be found on Route 24 North-West Dragonair- Fish in the Safari Zone to catch Dragoinair Farfetch'd- Routes 12 and 13 in the grass area Golduck- Surf in Route 6 heading into Vermilion City Gyrados- Fish in the back of the house where you get the Super Rod in Fushisia City.
