Cajun fried catfish w/ Creole Remoulade, roasted red pepper barbeque sauce & black-eyed peas. French toast with peach melba sauce & blueberry cream cheese filling. Blackened filet mignon with a gorgonzola studded barbeque sauce served with corn maque chaux & bourbon mashed sweet potatoes. Creole combo plater w/ gumbo, jambalaya, red beans & rice, creole crawfish & crabcake.
