This usually indicates a configuration error. Click Cybercash Transactions on the Order Detail page to see if the customer's credit card has been charged.
On the Integrated Payment Options form make sure the Need Postauth setting is correct for your type of Cybercash account. See Integrated Payment Options for more information. |
| Processing |
The order has been received and needs to be serviced. |
If the payment type is Cybercash, this status indicates the customers credit card has been charged. For other payment types you must determine if payment has been received. |
| Completed |
The order is complete |

| Failed |
Cybercash authorization of the customers credit card failed. |
Cybercash orders only. |
| Voided |
The order was cancelled before payment was received. |
For Cybercash orders, setting this status does not affect the Cybercash database. |
| Returned |
The purchase completed, but the money was refunded. |
For Cybercash orders, setting this status does not affect the Cybercash database. You must issue a refund manually through Cybercash. |
