For the first 10 minutes it look like Team Bono could win the game, leading by 8 with 10 minutes to go in the first half. Then, due to confusions concering substitutions, tempers flared and the ryhthm was lost,as Team Bono was routed 75-41. Mark Sorokach and Kurt Kruger had a halftime shouting match, despite being down only 7, and the Ballers used a 17-0 run in the second half to ensure the win. Neil Wittmer was high for Team Bono with 19 points,including 4 of 7 shooting from 3 point land. The team was physically dominated in the second giving up 2 dunks to 6 foot 9 Kevin Brown. Chuck Koulik had 8 points in the loss. Team Bono must win most of its games from here on, if it wants a shot at the playoffs.
