| US Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California) is responsible for a bill that may soon become law, passed already by the US Senate, and known in the House of Representatives as HR2987. This bill is a direct threat to both the First Amendment for Free Speech and the Fourth Amendment against illegitmate search and seizure as well. This unconstitutional behavior is against Feinstein's Oath of Office to "Protect and Defend the Constitution". The International Libertarian Network now calls for the complete and total defeat of Feinstein in next November's Election in the Year 2000. HR2987 is an unconscionable threat to the life ,liberty and pursuit of happiness of every American. In the Name of the Pseudo-Scientific "War On Drugs", HR2987 will legalize the censorship of any material on the Internet or in the other media which does not accept the dogmatic assertions of "Drug Warriors" at face value. In addition the bill contains a hidden provision legalizing violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights agaisnt unreasonable search and seizure.
