Needs mortgage leads? I can get them for you!
What I offer is fresh mortgage leads, not leads
that you receive one to two weeks AFTER the home
buyers have filled out and returned the cards send
to them. I do the research and mailings. Cards are
filled out and mailed back directly to me. I then fax
them out to you the same day I receive them.
I have a couple of requirements. First, the leads remain
my property. You do not pay for them. However, the insurance
business must be placed with the companies that I have you
appointed with. Secondly, I require that the leads be contacted
within two days after you receive them.
This is not a captive proposition. If you have leads from other
sources, by all means, work them and place them with the companies
that you currently use. Also, I do not collect any money from the
insurers, and then forward your portion. You will be paid directly
by the insurance companies. You remain an independent agent.
I am looking for California agents (am currently working on licenses
for other states) that have at least one year of full time, succcessful
insurance experience, with at least 80% persisency. Bi-lingual
ability would be nice, as would completion of a current California LTC
course (two of my carriers offer LTC, one does Medicare supplements and
health insurance). If you are looking to enter the insurance world, one
of my carriers will sponsor you to take your California licensing test.

on a daily basis, when you can start after company appointments are
completed, complete list of your current carriers (this is so I do
not forward appointment applications for companies you are already
appointed with).
