The aveage underwriters cost to issue I.P.O.s is $10mm. This means that 49% ownership of "P.F.C.s" is owned basically by the underwriters and there $10mm. The I.P.O.s stock is then issued to raise the $300mm-$1billion to set-up the aveage "P.F.C." The estimated aveage profit for a "P.F.C." is $30 billion. This means that if you are a part of the underwriting team, your yearly earnings on each one dollar you invested, could be 1-$300.00. 6). This is all pectulation, only invest risk capital. 7).
