"Eh eh oh dee yah et oh ah-ah, eh eh oh dee oh eh ah-ah!" Mooserana watched intently as the Tikis chanted and danced around a huge fiery pit. The Tikis were brown in color and had no legs or arms. They were rectangular in shape except for their heads. The head was indented to make three triangles. They had downward slanted eyes and two slits for nostrils. Their mouths had no lips and no tongue but big teeth. They always had their teeth clenched together. They hopped around on the stumps that replaced their feet. "Eh eh oh dee yah et oh ah-ah, eh eh oh dee oh eh ah-ah!" The Tikis were still chanting and dancing away, so Mooserana leaned farther over the rock ledge he was hiding on. Mooserana Jones leaned so far over the ledge that he lost his balance. He fell from the rock ledge and hit the ground hard. His eyes went black. When Mooserana woke up he found himself in a cage high above the ground. He was tied down and the Tikis had taken his weapons. He realized the cage was high above the fiery pit and it was being lowered. The Tikis were silent now and one stepped in front. The others bowed down and the one that was still standing chanted. "Gom ba day manch ohg maht Octopely!" The others joined in, "Gom ba day manch ohg maht Octopely!" Mooserana had heard the word Octopely before. He was the ancient Tiki god. Mooserana Jones had learned how to speak Barmacupda, which was the Tiki language. Mooserana was almost in the flames now so he decided to talk to the Tikis. "Sha, maghtar fot shomehe! Wequer Octopely mashftgh etowertfg!" At that instant the Tikis stopped chanting. The cage stopped falling. Mooserana had told them that the almighty Octopely was angered by this sacrifice and ordered a new one. The Tiki closes to Mooserana Jone's cage stood up and walked over to Mooserana. He unlocked the cage and motioned for Mooserana to get out. Mooserana stepped past the Tiki and onto the hard ground. He continued over to the table to get his weapons and headed down a hall, he turned back as the Tikis began chanting again and said "Nom pa chi manga Mooserana Jones, shampads fruy Tiki."
