This website contains four of my essays that I did for my Composition and Reading 1 class for college. I am making this portfolio because it gives me a chance at improving my essays. Each of these essays involve me personally in one way or another. On this website there is a Argument essay, Cause and Effect essay, Profile essay, and Remembering Event essay. The Argument essay talks about the dangers of the internet for children. It has stories about what happend to two children, ways predators contact children, how predators get what they want, and ways to stay safe while on the internet. The Cause and Effect essay talks about ovarian cysts, what causes them, and ways they are treated. The profile essay talks about Parents as Teachers. This is a program that helps mothers with young children. The Remembering Events essay talks about the birth of my daughter and what happened during it. I will also be including the former final draft that I completed before revising it for this portfolio. For each essay I will have a self evaluation included also. I hope these essays are very informative and people can use some of this information.
