He will be coming home for a short leave on February 8th and return to CA on Feb. 13th. He will be in CA until March I believe and then leave there to Iraq. |

Hi Reggie,
Hope all is well with you in California. Bring home the sun when you come back for awhile. We are having a little storm today. Just some freezing rain and a little snow this morning. Oh well I wont complain too much about the weather in Maine as we could be having tornadoes or hurricanes or earthquakes!! I will write again soon.

Hi everyone, I am at 29 Palms in Calif. First I want to thankyou all for the letters, E-mails and remarks on this web page.
I am now with my unit Alpha Co. 1/25 3rd platoon 2nd squad. Training hard in the desert. We have been doing urban asults on Iraqi made towns. We also were at a movie studio (Stu Seagul Studios) for three days training in mock Iraqi towns clearing IED's and other things. We were also clearing buildings and doing raids. Alot of hard training at the price of $30,000 per Marine. My unit did great we had a big beer party today. The weather here is nice I have not seen a cloud since I have been here. Cold mornings but 70's during the day. I will be home for about a week pretty soon, and I cant wait.
