Position: Senior Systems Consultant
Support entire South-Central Region as the senior systems consultant, for the world's largest systems integrator of automatic data capture (ADC) and barcode technology.
Responsibilities include integrating custom and modified-custom software packages with a variety of radio frequency (RF) and batch automatic data capture (ADC) environments. Extensive knowledge of integrating new software packages with legacy databases on various platforms. Create statements of work (SOW's), system requirement definitions (SRD's), and project plans.
Specialize in implementing RF barcode technology in high-speed and hostile environments (chemical, industrial, and agricultural.)
Provide extensive technical support to external customers, and internal sales-marketing personnel.
CALIBER LOGISTICS SYSTEMS (formerly Roadway Logistics Systems), Austin, Texas. (July 1995 - Jan. 1998)
Position: Site Information Systems Manager - Dell Computer Corporation
Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Project Management: Managed the implementation of a Logistics Information Shipping System at a distribution center handling all outbound products for Dell Computer.
Drastically improved productivity by implementing H/W enhancements (using RF barcode technology) and S/W enhancements (using 32 bit applications written in Visual C++) to the DSI (Dell Shipping Interface) system. This cut cycle time, making it up to 1200 times faster in one area.
System included securing network traffic between two corporate networks, electronic commerce (EDI), and fault-tolerant wireless data collection (using current RF technology). Designed migration plan for client-server platform from Novell 3.XX to Microsoft NT 4.XX using an MS-Cluster Server approach.

Position: Senior Network Engineer - IPS Platform Engineering Dept.
Project Management: Scheduled and managed extensive engineering projects throughout the entire life cycle. This included but was not
limited to feasibility & cost analysis, design, evaluation, procurement, acceptance testing and overseeing the integration of systems and sub-systems related to the JSC Mission Control Center(MCC)and International Space Station Alpha(ISSA).
Served as project lead for multiple concurrent network projects in a multiple contractor international environment.
