Poetry is just a form of a story brought out by the poet's point of view. If the poet intended the poem to be full of love, then the reader will feel that love flow through their bones and get an understanding for what the poet was feeling at the time. Most of us can only write poetry if we can feel the emotion we're trying to put out. No feeling, nor emotion can be better described than in a poem. Not all poems rhyme, and not all poems have a rhythmic flow to them, but all poetry has soul. --anonymous |
