Selected jewelry sets are handmade by artisans in Peru.The jewelry is purchased directly from a variety of artisans in a cottage-type industry which enables them to have a better quality of life. We are thankful for the opportunity to be of service to them and to you, our client. The leather sets are made in the U.S.A. made by American workers.

The jewelry is made with a variety of metals such as copper, bronze, iron and "alpaca" silver. Alpaca is not truly silver, it's an alloy of zinc, nickel, and iron. It has properties similar to stainless steel in that is does not rust or tarnish. The ear wires are made of surgical steel.Other sets are made of leather and high gloss steel.

A variety of semi-precious stones are used including turquoise, rose quartz, pink Andean opal, black onyx and others. All the stones are natural.
