DMX Indicted On Weapons, Drug Charges
Rapper DMX was indicted on weapons and drug possession charges in Westchester County, New York on Wednesday in a case stemming from an incident earlier this year. The charges stem from a January accident when the rapper, real name Earl Simmons, ran his jeep off a highway. Police allegedly found a 9-millimeter pistol and marijuana in his vehicle. If convicted, the rapper could face up to seven years behind bars.

Sisqo will take on a giant dragon in the video for his next single, "Unleash The Dragon." Sisqo's record label reports that the clip will be shot over the first three days of July in Los Angeles, where Sisqo will save the city

Bronx Natives Rally For Big Pun Avenue
Two fifth graders from the Bronx are heading a campaign to turn the borough's 163rd Street into Big Pun Avenue in honor of the late rapper Big Punisher. Twins Kelvin and Melvin Sosa have collected 3,000 signatures in support of the proposed name change, according to "The New York Times." The Sosas' goal is to collect 30,000 signatures, according to the David Bryson, owner of the Hot Spot Record store and unofficial leader of the campaign.
Moby Talks Possible Madonna Collaboration
With his "Play" album cracking the Top 50 of the "Billboard" album chart after a year in release, Moby is in the middle of performing at large outdoor festivals on both sides of the Atlantic, and will head over to the U.K. this week to perform at the Glastonbury Festival. MTV News caught up with Moby over the weekend at the KROQ Weenie Roast in Anaheim, California, and the electronica star addressed some of the recent rumors that have him possibly collaborating with Madonna in the near future.
