Who Decides? I think we decide on if you are popular or not. You also decide who else is popular by what you say and do.. What is Popularity? Popularity is when you think that you are the best at what you do. Most people become popular by changing their act or being good at some thing that most people aren't or what every one wants to be good at. Who decides? no one realy decides everyone justs forms little groups amongst each otherand they think that they are popular among them selves. Even nerds think that there popular in thier little group.. Do we folllow the popular people? I personally don't follow any one at all. Why you say? Because if you followed Jimmy who say is popular in your school he might intentionaly hurt himself and then pressure you into doing the same. This happens all the time. But if you followed your self you only worry about one person not two which means less stress in all. But still have your friends and enemys but be the shepard or the black sheep not the sheep.
