| A friendly affordable place for your skiing or backwoods vacation. We are just 15 minutes from Sugarloaf/USA,(http://www.sugarloaf.com) Maine's premier skiing mountain, and 5 miles from the Appalachian Trail. Each of our six rooms has either a double bed and a twin, or two twins. Shared bath (4 rooms share 2 baths, and 2 rooms share 1 bath). Simply but comfortably furnished. RATES: Winter: $48 per room for two, including full breakfast. Children 10 and under $15, 11-13 $20 Discounts for longer stays. Summer & Fall: $30 double, including breakfast. DIRECTIONS: We are located in the beautiful Western Mountains of Maine (http://eustismaine.com), 2-1/2 hours from Portland or Bangor. From I-95, take Exit 31b toward Belgrade Lakes. Follow Route 27 North through Belgrade Lakes, Farmington, Kingfield, and Carrabassett Valley to Stratton.
