Hi, I'm Claire, and I have only just become a witch, I think witches are really cool because they don't have one certain way of doing things! They have loads of different ones. Plus witches are really into nature. A witches main concern in the world is Nature, and how badly it is treated by man. Now then, spells: Thereis not only one way of doing spells, there are many.Each witch has her/his own special way of doing things.
You may wish to set up an altar before you begin to get too involved in it.
An altar holds a set of things representing each of the 4 different elements. You could use rocks or different stones to represent Earth, you could use candles to represent fire, A bowl/cauldron to represent water, and insense or feathers to represent air. You can also add any statues of the goddess, or any nessesary spellwork.
A Witch will also have a special outfit used when doing any rituals/spells. |
