There not really rules,but I couldn't think of anything else
1.If you join you need to send me this:
1-A screen name
2-You need to send me what rank you want:Vice Lead or member
3-your E-mail address
4-The address and name of your web site if you have one.you don't need a web site to join.
2.Say the screen name you chose was ping.when you join if you choose vice lead your screen name would
be yz-vlead-ping but if you choose member your screen name would be yz-memb-ping.
3.If you join you will recive a newsletter,the password to the member page and more.
