Hey I'm the owner of this site.
Besides the rest of my site i also have great interest in pokemon and know how to do lots in the ruby/sapphire versions.I have filled my pokedex with every pokemon except Jirachi and Deoxys.
My pokemon party:
KYOGRE lv:100 Attacks: Sheer Cold,Water Spout,Thunder,Blizzard

How to get a Salamence that knows Hydro Pump:
If you want a Salamence with Hydro pump, first catch a bagon and turn it into a Salamence.Breed it with a levl 42 gyrados that knows hydro pump. You will get a baby bagon which will know/learn hydro pump.
How to get azurill:
Breed two Marill's, give one Sea incease.
How to get the three Regis:
Use the following steps to capture the three mysterious Pokemon called the Regis. Go to the southeast part of Route 134 and dive into the water. It is difficult to get to due to the currents, and it is the only deep part of that route. You will find a cave. At a part of the cave, there are some Brail writing on the wall. At that point, float to the top of the water, where you will end up in a cavern. Go into the last room by going forward, use Dig, and in the next room you must do something strange. Put a Relicanth in the front of your party, and a Wailord at the last place. Walk to the top of the room and read the Brail . You will trigger an earthquake, which will unlock the Regis. You can fish up a Wailmer to evolve at level 40 at Route 122, and find a Relicanth outside Sootopolis in the underwater grass (rarely, but it is there).
To find Registeel, you can access a volcano in the southwest region of Route 120. Enter it, then move towards the center of the room. Use Fly to find Registeel.
To find Regirock, fly to lavaridge, bop down the mountain, and enter the desert. In the southern part of the desert, you will find a cavern. Enter it, then walk up to the center tile at the top of the room. Go three steps down and two steps right. Use strength to open the passage to Regirock.
To find Regice, in Route 105, there is an island on the west side that has a mountain on it. Go there, enter, and stand in front of the tile. Press A, read it, press A again, and do not do anything else. The door will open after twenty seconds, and the last Regi is yours.
You never have to use the Master Ball to catch all the legendary Pokemon. You can catch them all with about 60 Great Balls.
Rayquaza
Go to Pacifidlog Town. Surf near the top of the rocks and you will
eventually find Sky Pillar. You'll have to go in between some rocks to find
it.
***You need the Mach Bike.***
Enter the tower. Go through the doors until you reach the actual tower.
Nothing on floor 1. Head to the second floor.
Begin next to the door. Get on the bike, and move across the cracks, being
careful not to stop. Turn left when you get to the bottom, but be careful not
to hit the wall. Turn up when you get near the wall again, but you'll have to
quickly turn right and then up again or else you'll fall down. Head up to the
third floor.
Nothing on floor 3. Head to the fourth floor.
More cracks, but this time it's much harder. You have to head through the
middle of the rocks at the bottom when you turn left, then down, left, and up
again without touching the wall. When you get to the top, don't go all the way
right! You see a crack, a safe spot, two cracks, a safe spot, and another
crack at a dead end. Stop on one of the set of two cracks and you'll fall back
to floor 3, in the location you want to be. Enter the door and go to the 4th
floor.
Advance to the 5th floor.
Advance to the 6th floor.
Head up the stairs, and marvel at the big green thingy in front of you. That's
Rayquaza, and it starts at Lv.70. It's very possible to catch it with different
Balls I caught it with an Ultra Ball in my last game. I strongly suggest saving the Master Ball for Latias! Latias doesn't sit there like Rayquaza will. Do YOU feel like chasing her all over Hoenn? Didn't think so.
